Exhibition space allocation Posidonia exhibition space is in strong demand. Many long-established exhibitors have booked their 2010 spaces and new exhibitors will be warmly welcomed. Early booking is strongly advised to secure the best choice of location. Reserving Your Stand at Posidonia 2010 If you are interested in booking space at Posidonia 2010, please contact the organisers if you are in Greece or our regional sales representatives if you are abroad, and discuss your stand requirements. After considering your stand preferences and depending on space availability at the time of contact, you will be offered a stand(s). In order to reserve a specific stand, you must complete the original application for space and return to the organisers. Please note that Posidonia 2010 will be held at the Hellenikon Exhibition Centre, at the site of the former East Athens Airport. The space in the exhibition centre is divided into either shell stands or open space stands. Shell stands have a minimum size of 12 sqm and consist of a wooden platform, modular wall panels, ceiling beams, fascia and name panel. Open space stands are a minimum of 30 sqm and the exhibitor is responsible for the design and construction of the stand. Posidonia Week General Information

The Posidonia 2010 Programme Friday 4th June 2010, Faliron Bay, Posidonia Cup Sunday 6th June 2010, Glyfada Golf Club, Posidonia Golfplay Sunday 6th June 2010, Posidonia Shipsoccer Tournament Monday 7th June 2010, Posidonia Opening Ceremony (by invitation only) Tuesday 8th June – Friday 11th June, Hellenikon Exhibition Centre, Posidonia 2010 Exhibition General info Access to the Posidonia Exhibition is free of charge, however visitors are encouraged to register online prior to their arrival at the venue, to assure quick entry to the exibition. The online registration form will be available in January 2010. The Shuttle bus schedule will be announced closer to the exhibition, and will provide access to the venue from various locations in Athens and the major hotels. A taxi service will also be available at the Posidonia exhibition. The registration forms for the Posidonia Cup, the Posidonia Shipsoccer Tournament and Posidonia Golfplay will be uploaded onto the Posidonia website as soon as they become available.
