  • Assist the attending Supt. to monitor and expedite the work progress by providing a skilled, English-speaking Chinese staff coordinating with all working level of yard staff such as Ship Repair Managers, Workshop Managers, Foremen, etc.

  • Emergent purchase of spares and organize extra labors to crush bottleneck projects.

  • Attend the bill negotiation to help our clients acquire a reasonable price.
